First time there, had several questions which were answered promptly, friendly and knowledgeable. I expected prices to be higher on brands that you can buy in grocery stores but they were nearly 2.00 less. Love that you can buy individual pods/cups, gives you the chance to try them or have a greater variety of flavors on hand at home. They have a huge selection on syrups too, both for coffee or fruit flavors for slushies etc. Also available are different brands of coffe/espresso machines, accessories for them plus a huge selection on speciality mugs, cups and bottles for on the go. I definitely will be back!
Great store! I am to buy syrup to make iced coffee at home. The store has samples of the syrups so you can taste it before buying. I'm glad that they have the sample option because initially I wanted the caramel syrup but wasn't the biggest fan of the taste so I got vanilla syrup instead. I will be back to this store to buy more syrups.
First time going & was surprised by the selection of coffee,kcups, & syrops. The tasting station was so cool. You can try all their syrops/sauces before purchasing. The coffee beans come in 2 different sizes of bags. A large variety of flavours as well. Definitely will be going again for flavoured beans. Purchased tea and coffee, and both are delicious. Very friendly staff. They offer to grind the beans for you too if you want. Be sure to check the "clearance" rack.
My first time visiting BEANWISE and I was very happy with my visit. They have wide collection of tea and coffee. I bought Egyptian Chamomile tea and it has dry chamomile blossoms. I also purchased Cappuccino Caramel coffee. Staff was friendly and was able to answer my questions and help me find the products that I wanted to purchase. The store was organized and well maintained. I will definitely visit again to explore their other teas.
I came in to buy a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of coffee beans, tea, and the machines to make it. There is a coffee grind service included. Will come back.
Awesome place to be in! They do demos on machines if your wondering how certain machines operate ie; Manual espresso machines, automated, drip machines, capsuled machines etc.. Instead of buying a whole bag of coffee or Tea & you get home disappointed, they will sample it for you! Their Tea's are amazing! they have a big variety, no artificial flavor's in their tea's and it's a Canadian company (Tea Squared) They have it all, organic coffee's, they roast their own as well on spot, they have an enormous variety of K-Cups, Soft pods, machines, & oh my goodness the variety of syrups!!! both Torani & Monin. Bonus: Staff are very friendly and helpful.
This location is wonderful, and I recommend this store to any coffee/tea lover! I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff (Mercedes & Marisa), who were eager to help me and provided me with a lot of information so I could make the best buy, yet I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything - they genuinely just wanted to give me the best shopping experience. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products. They also very kindly prepared a sample latte for me today so that I could try the new Monin Strawberry Rose syrup, and the care and attentiveness they paid to this drink was stellar. The store itself is spacious, clean, and has a multitude of options (machines, syrups, pods, etc.). I can't wait to come back again!
Had a great experience today with Jay! They were extremely knowledgeable and provided us with exactly the help we needed during our visit as first-time customers. Would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in entering the coffee/tea sphere! My husband & I will definitely be back :)
